A fashion week designed to bring together unique styles, culture and all while being inclusive launches in Yorkshire with up and coming designers flocking to the region for the opportunity for their clothes to be displayed.
Fashion Week Yorkshire which is said to be the highlight of the year for fashionistas up north will launch in Leeds this September.
Fashion Week Yorkshire Founder, Director of Simply Ladies Inc and Code Modelling Carron Cummings said: “I’ve run fashion shows for years championing local designers and aspiring models and now we want to make the shows bigger and better with people now wanting to come all throughout the north for.”
She added that this years show will be much more intimate than other events to give it the feel of London fashion week.
Carron said: “Our models have been training all year around for this event.
“And we have a range of celebrity guests lined up too.”
Mrs Yorkshire aka Mama Mei Sophie Mei Lan Malin will be hosting the event.
She said: “Sophie started off belly dancing on Britain’s Got talent and now she’s a journalist and multi award-winning influencer and personal trainer who runs Mama Mei, will be entertaining the crowds as well as modelling some of the designs.
“As well as former glamour model turned motivational speaker Grace Teal will be co-presenting.”
Fashion Week Yorkshire takes place on Saturday 30th September at Queens Hotel in Leeds. It will feature designers including:
